He first joined ISKCON Potomac in 1976 at the age of 18, dedicating his youthful energy to the service of Srila Prabhupada’s mission. On the auspicious day of Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakur’s appearance in 1977, he took further inspiration to deepen his spiritual commitment. Later, from 1986 to 1991, he served in ISKCON Boston, where he played a vital role in congregational development, working tirelessly to nurture and expand the community of devotees.
