He received my first initiation from Srila Prabhupada in Germany in November 1974 and his second initiation in London.
In 1976, he joined the German traveling saṅkīrtana program which brought him to India, where he had the great fortune to serve Srila Prabhupada personally in Vṛndāvana. Following his Guru’s instruction, he came to Sri Lanka and have since dedicated nearly five decades to his mission through preaching, guiding devotees, and developing ISKCON projects.
At present, he is involved in the construction of the ISKCON temple in Colombo, scheduled for Kumbabhishekam in February 2026, while also supporting social and spiritual initiatives such as Gokulam Children’s Home together with my wife, Nandarani Devi.
It is his life’s greatest fortune to have received Srila Prabhupada’s mercy, and he remain committed to serving his mission in Sri Lanka.
